Berkley Conner

Born and raised in The Port, Berkley is a 2011 graduate of LHS.  She is currently a senior at Ball State University (Chirp Chirp!) where she majors in Psychology and minors in Communication Studies, much to the dismay of her family who already thinks she talks too much.  As a Berry, Berkley was an enthusiastic participant in the local arts, and could be seen getting her groove on in the McHale PAC in Swing Choir and as a cast member in nearly 20 different theatre productions.  She has since traded her dreams of being a local theatre star for the Ball State Speech Team, which, in April, placed 4th in the nation out of 88 schools at the NFA national tournament.  Conner herself was a quarterfinalist (top 24) in two duo interpretation events, and placed 3rd in the nation in After-Dinner Speaking (which is kind of like smart comedy).

Berkley is jazzed (get it?) to return to DWOS for a second go-round.  Mainly she's looking forward to beating her mom and stepdad, and being partners with her pal Brannon.  Although Brannon keeps talking about data and spreadsheets, so this could be a long couple of months.

Brannon Meagher

Brannon is excited to be a participant in this year's Dancing with our Stars.  With virtually no dance experience, he is sure to be a test for his dance partner, Berkley.

Brannon is a Winamac High School graduate.  After graduating from Purdue University, he worked in Chicago before returning to the area.  Brannon is employed at Small Parts, Inc. and is an active member in the community.  He has served as a city councilman, LEDF board member, adjunct professor at Trine University, and currently serves on the Reading Railroad Advisory Board.

When Brannon isn't working on a project around the house, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenny, and his daughter, Meghan, as well as golfing, reading, traveling, and brewing beer with friends.

If Brannon could sum up his dancing strategy, it would have to fit in a spreadsheet.
