Logan’s Landing’s presents Downtown Spooktacular 2021! From 4-6 pm on Thursday October 28, participating downtown businesses will hand out treats to costumed trick-or-treaters during Downtown Spooktacular, immediately followed by the Elks Halloween Parade and a special event at the State Theatre. Spooktacular signs in storefront windows will identify participating businesses (see below) . While you’re downtown, check out the scarecrows on Broadway and Market Street, too — Logan’s Landing welcomes pictures of your little ones posing with the scarecrows.
