At today’s State of the City & County luncheon, Mayor Fincher presented a Spirit of the Community Award to Kathy Dingo and Pam Leeman. His speech mentioned the overwhelming success of the Dancing With Our Stars event, as well as their membership on the Logan’s Landing board, dedication to the arts in this community, and countless other volunteer activities.
