Congratulations to the State Theatre, the winner of the 2014 Scarecrow Row Competition! They will receive a package of free advertising donated by Cass County Communication Network, Mid-America Radio, and the Pharos-Tribune. It was a difficult decision for the judges, as there were many very creative scarecrows to choose from — great job, everybody! Here’s a photo of the winning scarecrow and its creator, Kevin Burkett.
