Applications for the Commercial Facade Improvement Funding Program are now available to commercial business or property owners within the Logan’s Landing district. The program offers 50% matching funding up to $5,000 per property for eligible improvements. Activities eligible for funding include awnings, exterior painting, exterior lighting, windows, installation of a new brick façade, and façade maintenance/restoration.
Logan’s Landing Executive Director Becki Harris explains, “Logan’s Landing recently received a $10,000 Downtown Enhancement Grant from OCRA (the Office of Community and Rural Affairs) to replenish our Façade Funding Program. This is a great opportunity for downtown businesses to improve the appearance of their buildings, with funds that have been set aside to help downtown business owners make a visible impact on our community.”
