Logan’s Landing invites you to come downtown and Celebrate Logansport’s 175th birthday! Enjoy free music and free birthday cake (while supplies last). Purchase delicious strawberry shortcake for $5. Pop a balloon for a buck and win a prize! Reading Railroad will be present with activities for the youngsters, the LHS Berryettes are offering free face painting, and the Logansport Art Association will be doing a free make-and-take children’s craft activity. A cool old-school bicycle donated by Regions Insurance will be raffled, too.
This year’s event will take place on Thursday June 6th from 11-2 at the Farmers Market lot at the corner of Fourth and Market, downtown Logansport. Carry-outs are available, with free delivery of large orders. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Logansport Mayor’s Office and at Logan’s Landing; call 574-722-9345 for information.
