There are now a total of TEN artistic bike racks throughout the downtown district. While they are a joy to look at, their purpose is to be used as actual bike racks! That’s right — they are intended to have bicycles chained to them. So all of you who have been chaining your bikes to railings, benches, trash cans, etc now have 10 bike racks to choose from!
