DOWNTOWN CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE ENJOYED BY ALL!

Thursday, December 9th, 2010

Logan’s Landing’s 11th annual Downtown Christmas Open House on December 4th was enjoyed by all!  By exchanging donations of food and pet items for tickets and depositing them at participating merchants, 19 lucky shoppers won great prizes, while supporting local businesses.

Thanks to the generosity of the community, we collected close to half a ton of food and pet items, which has been distributed to the Cass County Humane Society, Emmaus Mission Center, and the Salvation Army.  Special thanks to all who participated in this event, as well as our volunteers and those who donated goods and services.  Extra-special thanks to the staff of the Cass County Communication Network for all their help!

Thanks again to our participating merchants: Amy’s Fashions, Bandstock Teen Night Club, China Lane, Dessert First Catering & More, Fernbaugh’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelry, 5th Street BBQ, The Gallery Home Furnishings, The Gray Mill, Interior Designs by Vickie, Jason’s House of Trains, Mike Anderson Chrysler-Dodge Supercenter, Minglin Jewelers, The Nest & Tree’s Camera Shop, Pear Tree Gallery, Revolution Community Church, Rudy’s Critters, Savanah Vintage , Tommy P’s Boardwalk Café, and the Village Peddler.

Congratulations once again to all the prize winners:  Doris Blume, Anthony Cozzello, John Dempsey, Kathy Dingo, Jacque Favors, Jenny Felker, Dawn Fisher, Kathy Flory, Don Gellinger, Kat Gordon, Roseann Hall, Lori Herd, Maureen Land, Charlene Meeker, Emily Reed, Nancy Sabatini, Brannyn Spencer, Lisa Toler, and grand prize winner Jane Felker.

We hope to see everybody at next year’s Downtown Christmas Open House!
